Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Artifex Tattoo Supplies. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products they purchase from us. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns clothing
Print on Demand Clothing Disclaimer
Our clothing is produced especially for you through a Print on Demand process. This means that each item is unique and only made once you place an order.
- Returns & Exchanges: Because our products are printed specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or a change of mind.
- Exceptions: If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days. We will of course make sure this is resolved free of charge.
- Sizes & Colors: We kindly ask you to carefully check the size chart before placing your order. Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitors and printing processes.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
